Join us for an intimate evening at 11 Acre Farm, where the flavours of the land take centre stage in a creative collaboration between Kumusha Cocktails, Damaged Goods Distilling, and Head Chef Fendi Bong.
For this special edition of Seasons, the Kumusha cocktail team has crafted four signature cocktails inspired by what’s in season and by ingredients grown, foraged, and preserved right here on the farm. Each drink is a work of flavour and technique — think spirits infused with farm-grown botanicals, sous-vide extractions that capture the essence of herbs and fruit, and silky fat-washed blends that create unexpected depth and texture. Every element is designed to tell the story of the season, one sip at a time.
Once the cocktails are created, Chef Fendi will design four custom canapés, each paired to highlight and enhance its matching drink. These small but thoughtful dishes will feature fresh, seasonal produce and showcase the same ingredients woven through the cocktails themselves.
The evening unfolds as follows:
– Welcome bubbles on arrival
– Golden hour farm walk, where you’ll explore the gardens and see the produce that inspired the evening’s menu
– Four cocktail and canapé pairings, guided by the Kumusha team and Chef Fendi, each introduced with its story and process
– After the pairings, guests are invited to linger and enjoy additional drinks or light bites, available for purchase
