This Valentine’s Day, The Good Paddock invites you to slow down, share a table, and celebrate love in all its forms.
We are hosting two intimate dinner sessions on the farm.
5:30pm is designed for families and early diners who want to start and finish early.
7:30pm is for late night love birds looking to linger a little longer under the stars.
Begin with a generous spread of snacks including housemade potato rolls with koji cultured butter, compressed farm cucumber with wasabi mayo and sesame crunch, Mandurah blue swimmer crab with calamansi and jalapeño, and Borello’s stracchino cream mousse with rhubarb and pastry.
Entrées follow with Shark Bay scallops in meuniere butter and crisp phyllo, alongside Berkshire pork belly with gochujang, white kimchi and potato jeon.
For the main event, enjoy Margaret River wagyu with tater potatoes, orchard verde and wilted greens.
Finish on something sweet with genoise sponge, burnt strawberry gel, prosecco and mango salsa, finished with macadamia.
